Garmisch-Partenkirchen is not only famous Bavarian spot for the winter sports but also hosts a beautiful Christmas Market every year.
Christmas Market in Garmisch
The streets are enlightened with lights and Chandeliers. The main Christmas Market is setup in Richard-Strauss Kongresshaus, Garmisch. There are small stalls selling Christmas specialties like Mandels, Crepes, Hot chocolate, Gluhwein, Mufflers, scarves, Christmas decoration, wooden carved decoration pieces, Christmas socks etc.
The market was fully crowded with locals and International tourists where they were enjoying the Christmas festivity with their friends and family. The tall beautiful Christmas tall enhances the beauty of the Christmas Market. There is also a carousel ride (Marry Go-Round) for the entertainment of the kids.
The famous Garmisch Pedestrian zone was fully decorated with Christmas lights and turns into a magical town. The small table and stalls were placed and the local Musicians were playing the music and the audience were enjoying it with their favorite snacks.
